By purchasing or using a Paid Subscription (including any free trial), you agree to this Subscription Notice and any applicable terms presented to you within the App.
Paid Subscriptions allow users to unlock additional features and improved experiences beyond the standard version of the App. The specific features included in each subscription plan are displayed within the App interface.
All subscription fees are determined based on the selected subscription period and are subject to the prices shown in the App at the time of purchase.
When you subscribe, you must select a valid payment method associated with your Apple App Store account. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable subscription fees and related charges.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are charged in advance and billed automatically at the beginning of each subscription period (monthly or annually, if applicable).
Paid Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancelling a subscription will prevent future charges, but your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Important: Please note that uninstalling the App does not cancel an active subscription.
We may occasionally offer free trials or promotional access to Paid Subscriptions. During a free trial, you can use paid features without charge for a limited time.
To start a free trial, you may be required to provide payment information. No charges will be made until 24 hours before the trial period ends.
Important: If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the applicable fee will be charged using your selected payment method.
Free trials are offered on a limited basis and cannot be restarted once cancelled or expired.
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly determined by us in accordance with platform rules.
We reserve the right to modify subscription features, content, or pricing at any time, to the extent permitted by law.
If subscription prices change, updated pricing will be clearly displayed within the App or provided prior to renewal. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel the subscription before the change takes effect.
If subscription fees are not successfully collected, we may attempt to notify you. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Paid Subscriptions if payment issues remain unresolved.
You may terminate your subscription at any time through your App Store account. Access will continue until the end of the period already paid for. Subscription fees already charged will not be refunded.
